Thank you for visiting and shopping at adls.in. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Any delays resulting due to the Covid-19 Pandemic will not be our responsibility.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.We ship to all addresses in India. All orders with a cart value of more than INR 499 will not be charged shipping fees. All our orders are currently fulfilled through Delhivery.
A tracking number will be provided to you along with the courier details as soon as the package is dispatched. We do not undertake responsibility for any delays that occur during transit. We are not liable for any loss/damage in transit.
We understand there may be valid reasons to cancel your order while in transit. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Cancellation Policy.
An order once placed can be cancelled within 12 hours or until the package is handed over to the delivery partner, whichever occurs earlier. In case an order is placed and you wish to cancel the order after this period, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note this does not guarantee the cancellation and refunds of the said order in any way whatsoever, and will be at the sole discretion of our customer service team.
We understand there may be valid reasons to return your order. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Returns Policy.
Due to the ongoing pandemic, we do not accept returns. However, should any special scenario arise or there is a defect with the product, we may consider an exception if the return request is sent within 10 days of placing the order or 2 days of receiving the order, whichever is earlier. All return requests need to be sent to email@example.com. In case the order doesn't reach in 10 days, we may take an exception and proceed on a case to case basis. Please note this does not guarantee the returns and refunds of the said order in any way whatsoever, and will be at the sole discretion of our customer service team.
In case of a refund, we shall only refund the amount after deducting the payment gateway fees and/or delivery fees, at the sole discretion of our customer service team. All refund requests need to be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. We shall review the issue and resolve on a case to case basis.
